Job Overview:

Job Description:

As a Surveillance Manager, you will be responsible for managing surveillance systems, supervising the surveillance team, and ensuring that all security measures are followed to maintain safety and protect assets. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure the effectiveness of security operations, monitor real-time data, and implement best practices in surveillance techniques to mitigate risks and prevent security breaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all surveillance operations, including monitoring systems and team activities.
  • Supervise and train the surveillance team to ensure high standards of operational excellence and efficiency.
  • Monitor surveillance equipment and resolve any issues related to its functionality.
  • Conduct regular audits of surveillance activities, ensuring adherence to security protocols.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in surveillance or security management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Extensive experience with surveillance systems, including CCTV, monitoring software, and security protocols.
  • Strong understanding of security regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle security-related emergencies effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills.
