In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top engineering and technical talent to meet the company’s staffing needs. You will play a critical role in identifying high-quality candidates who possess both technical expertise and the right cultural fit for the organization.

Job Description:

As an Engineering Recruiter / Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for engineering and technical roles, from job posting to candidate placement. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring requirements, develop job descriptions, and design targeted recruiting strategies. Your efforts will ensure that GrowthRune attracts and retains top technical talent, helping the company grow and succeed in its projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to identify and attract top engineering and technical talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making offers.
  • Build and maintain a network of technical professionals for future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions that align with company goals.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other tools to source candidates.
  • Evaluate candidates’ technical skills through phone screenings and in-person interviews.
  • Provide a great candidate experience by maintaining transparent communication and offering timely feedback.
  • Track and manage recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, to measure the success of hiring strategies.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and technical skill requirements to ensure the recruitment process remains competitive.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting engineering or technical talent.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting processes and techniques, especially for technical roles.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
  • Familiarity with technical roles such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to assess candidates’ technical skills through interviews and assessments.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Familiarity with software engineering tools, languages, and industry-specific job requirements is a plus.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
  • Strong negotiation skills to offer competitive packages to top candidates.

  • Nationality: Pakistani
  • Age Limit: 22 – 35 years
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on engineering or IT roles.
