🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise branch banking operations across assigned region
- Ensure business growth, deposit mobilization, and agricultural loan disbursement targets
- Strengthen relationships with rural clients, cooperatives, SMEs, and farmer groups
- Monitor branch KPIs and staff performance; ensure regulatory compliance
- Implement digital banking tools, mobile field banking, and loan monitoring systems
- Collaborate with HO departments for policy execution, product rollout, and customer service standards
